Getting Around:
Getting around from our Kissimmee oasis is a breeze for your family! You'll find free parking right on the premises, making it easy to come and go as you please. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 25-30 minute drive away. While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, a rental car can be convenient for exploring the area, especially with young children and all your vacation essentials. Public transportation options are available, but may require connections to reach the theme parks and other attractions. We recommend utilizing ride-sharing services or your own vehicle for the most flexibility and ease of travel for your family during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that a one-time Security & Protection Fee of $35 is included in your reservation total. This fee covers guest identity verification and provides up to $50,000 in accidental damage protection throughout your stay.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 4PM, check-out by 10AM.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM–7AM per community rules. No outdoor noise late at night.
• No Parties or Events: This is a family villa, not suitable for large gatherings.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the villa.
• Pets: Not allowed (service animals welcome with notice).
• Pool Heat: Available for free.
• Supplies: Starter set of toiletries, paper goods, and trash bags provided. Snacks are provided. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.
