Prime West Campus Location: You're staying in one of Austin's most walkable neighborhoods. The University of Texas, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and local attractions are all nearby, so you may experience normal city activity, especially during weekends, football games, concerts, and university events.
Parking: One private garage parking space is included with your stay. Additional street parking may be available nearby but is subject to city regulations and availability.
Stairs: This is a multi-level townhome, and guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Self Check-In: Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
High-Speed WiFi: Fast Spectrum WiFi is available throughout the home, making it ideal for remote work, streaming, and staying connected.
Streaming Entertainment: Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts during their stay.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the property. There are detectors in the property to detect smoke, vaping and excessive noise.
Respect Our Neighbors: This is a residential community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
Security: For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the outside entrances only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Located in West Campus (zip 78705), the property is one block west of The Drag (Guadalupe St) and a short walk to UT Austin. The vibe is energetic and student-oriented — lots of coffee shops, casual dining, bars, and small grocery/co‑op options (e.g., Wheatsville). Nearby landmarks and draws: UT campus greens and academic buildings, Guadalupe commercial corridor, nearby local bars/restaurants on 29th/38th corridors and access to central Austin nightlife and downtown within 10–20 minutes by bike or transit.
Walking and biking: extremely walkable to campus, restaurants and grocery; many protected/marked bike lanes on major streets (Guadalupe, Rio Grande) and short bike rides to downtown. Public transit: Capital Metro bus network and UT shuttle routes serve West Campus with frequent stops on Guadalupe/24–31st and nearby rapid routes; multiple local routes operate every 15–30 minutes during the day. Rideshare/taxi: widely available and convenient for short trips or late-night travel. Driving/parking: streets are narrow and on‑street parking limited; many residents rely on paid parking or permit lots.

Prime West Campus Location
Longhorn III is located in the heart of Austin's West Campus, just a short walk from the University of Texas. You'll be close to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and entertainment. As with any vibrant urban neighborhood, you may occasionally hear normal city activity, especially during football weekends, graduations, concerts, and other major events.
Multi-Level Townhome
The home includes multiple levels connected by stairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.
Parking
One private garage parking space is included with your reservation. Vehicle height may be limited, so oversized trucks or large SUVs may not fit comfortably. Additional street parking may be available but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to city regulations.
Occupancy
The home comfortably accommodates **6–8 guests**. To ensure everyone's comfort and comply with local regulations, only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Self Check-In
Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock. Your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be sent before check-in.
High-Speed WiFi
Complimentary high-speed Spectrum WiFi is available throughout the home and is ideal for streaming, video calls, and remote work.
Entertainment
Smart TVs are provided for your enjoyment. Guests can sign into their own streaming services during their stay and should remember to log out before departure.
Quiet Hours
This is a residential community. Please observe quiet hours from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM** out of respect for our neighbors. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, and on balconies. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the outside entrances only. There are **no cameras or recording devices inside the home**.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay. We simply ask guests to treat it with the same care and respect they would their own home.
Local Wildlife & Weather
Austin's warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects outdoors. Keeping doors and windows closed will help maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
