About this place

Enjoy stunning sky views and a relaxing pool at our brand-new home in Cabo Rojo, where it’s summer all year long. Located directly across from the Fisherman Wildlife Reserve , you’ll feel the ocean breeze and hear tropical parrots flying by. Just 5 minutes away is El Faro Lighthouse —one of the best local beaches on Puerto Rico’s southwest coast. We’re also within one mile distance of the famous Las Salinas , Also 2 mile restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine, music, and island vibes.

The space
This property is located in one acre home with 3 apartments entrances. The property is ideal for family or groups of friends who want to share without giving up their privacy. Inside the apartment you will find 360 sq feet of living space combined which includes a kitchenette , bedroom each with a Queen -size bed and Serra sofa bed 1 bathroom with tv, A/C , WiFi and hot water . This property is secluded with a private and amazing view .This property was newly built in 2024.

Kindly note that because our property includes three individual apartments homes, the pool and shared deck may be enjoyed by other guests during your stay.

Our property sits right across the street from the Fisherman Wildlife Reserve , offering added peace of mind during your stay.

Please note: By entering the property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The property owner/host is not liable for any injuries to persons or for any damage to personal or rented property.

The property is secured with a gated entrance and security wall and has cameras at the swimming pool . As you enter you will encounter a rock/pebble walkway to the apartment building.

Guest Policy & Occupancy Rules

To keep the space comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these guidelines:
• Registered Guests Only: Only the number of guests included in your reservation are permitted on the property.
• Visitors: If you’d like to have a visitor during your stay, please message us in one day advance for approval.
• Extra Guests: Any unregistered guests staying overnight will be subject to an additional fee of $100 per person, per night. We’re happy to adjust your reservation if plans change—just let us know ahead of time!
• Respect for the Space: Our home is thoughtfully prepared for the number of guests booked, so exceeding occupancy limits can impact comfort, supplies, and overall experience.

Pool area and usage is for guests on the reservation only. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. All pool rules must be adhered to, including no running on pool surrounding area, no sitting/walking/stepping/standing. The depth of the pool reaches slightly over 5 feet.

Please note, this property is treated for pests however, from time to time you may have little friends (bugs, coquis, anoles, etc.) visiting you on the inside. While all of these friends are harmless, please do not leave food messes or food on counters or refrigerator to invite more friends.

Staff may be maintaining the property from time-to-time. While we strive to provide at least 12 hour notice for the staff to be on site and needing access to the property, there are many factors in Puerto Rico which may not make that possible in all cases.

Electricity is also very unstable in Puerto Rico. Therefore, this property hasn’t diesel generator. Electricity is also VERY expensive in Puerto Rico and to help keep costs reasonable to other guests (and yourself), lights, fans and AC units must be turned off when you are gone from the apartment for more than 3 hours (usage is monitored and will result in additional fees for excessive usage in the near future for potential New reservations ).

Property Damages & Additional Fees
Damages to the property (living space or items provided by the host) must be reported immediately with an honest explanation of the damage. Reckless, careless, or intentional damages will be charged back to the guest. Excessive use of electricity or lost/misplaced keys or remotes will also be charged back to guests.

Use of the swimming pool and surrounding areas is entirely at the guest’s own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. By booking and occupying the property, guests expressly acknowledge and agree that the property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, death, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to the use of the pool or pool area.

Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party and invitees, including minors. Guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to pool use.

Any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys will incur starting $250 replacement fee, which will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. No trailers four track Canam or Jetski and boat

Jet-Ski , Canam and Boats are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

* We do not offer refunds for power outages. In case of a hurricane or storm, we are happy to reschedule your stays at not extra cost.
* We reserve the right to remove any guests who does not follow the rules that are posted on signs from our Airbnb
