Come relax creek side and enjoy our 4 seater hot tub on a spacious deck overlooking the mountains. The Cottage is close to the Dahlonega Square (less than 5 min), yet rural and secluded. Wineries and other attractions are all within 15 minutes. The cottage has its own private beach on the creek to fish, or just sit and enjoy the sounds of the rushing water. The Cottage is a 2 Master Bedroom with two full bath 1200sqft home. The lower bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the upstairs has a king. The cottage is fully furnished, just bring yourself! Kitchenware and towels are included. We also offer up a full kitchen with cookware and dish ware. just bring food! A washer and dryer are also available for use. Off grid outdoor deck right on the river with lights and stereo system.

Sister property beside the cottage is the newly built lilypad for any families that need two houses. [Removed]

Guest have access to the full house (approx 1200 SqFt) , the oversized deck (16x30) and yard use on the 1 acre. This also includes private access to the beach on the creek with seating and firepit.

The cottage sits on a larger property (5 acre) and access to those areas is not included in the rental. clear signage is used to show property boundary for the rental.

Use the AirBNB Messager app for all communication. If there is an issue we can not sort out on IM, the Host will provide a local cell phone number for communication. The host lives close to this property, and can be onsite if needed.

The cottage sits in rural location, just outside of the Dahlonega city limits. Like any rural home, you can expect more interactions with wildlife and insects than in the city. The drive into the property is an easement through another rural property on a well maintained gravel road. The road does have some hills, but is easy to drive even in a sedan. The easement does have some interesting country flair, and a generally unwelcoming amount of no trespassing signs. We recommend you keep your speed on the egress under 10mph, and if questioned by the easement property owner, simply state you are a guest at the cottage up the hill and proceed along your route. keep driving until you reach the blue and white cottage. We have all permits and licenses for operations.
