Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio cottage and its private, fully fenced-in yard. Secure parking is provided for you inside this private area. Guests can enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in available from 4:00 PM onwards.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a contactless check-in experience. The cottage is a separate, private unit on our property. While we live in the main house, we are available to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable visit.

* Checkout Procedure: We offer a simple and stress-free checkout. Just leave used towels on the bathroom floor, washed dishes on the drying rack, and take the garbage to the outside can.
* Property Layout: The rest of the property beyond your private fenced area is private and not for guest use. Our dogs are kept in the grass areas by an underground electronic fence. To prevent causing them stress, we kindly ask that you and your pets stay off all grass areas outside of your fenced yard.
* Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.
* Groceries: Instacart delivers to the cottage, offering another convenient option for your stay.
