Just over 2 acres of manicured lawns and river frontage to use for your next event. Whether it is a wedding, anniversary, retreat, birthday party, engagement pics, senior pics, and more. Also, an RV spot is available near the cat barn if needed, small fee applies per RV.

You will have access to the lawns, parking, river frontage, the cat barn, and the deck at the main house (for pics).

Host is nearby for any needs

Fires are subject to current government restrictions during the dry forest fire season.

* You are required to provide a 3rd party insurance policy.

* A $1,500.00 security deposit will be "pre-authorized" to your credit card, not charged 1 hour before your event begins and will be released within 7 days if there are no concerns.

* The $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card 1 hour before your event starts
