When it’s time to gather, the group can easily spread out across two separate living rooms, both fully equipped with their own Smart TVs. The open-concept main floor features modern hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows pouring in natural light, a gourmet kitchen with a massive island, and an accessible dining room. Downstairs, the second living area makes the perfect separate entertainment zone.
Step outside to experience true lakefront living. The expansive, covered upper deck features plush seating and ceiling fans to keep you cool while taking in the panoramic views. Downstairs, soak in the private hot tub on the covered patio, or walk down the gentle, sprawling grassy backyard—perfect for yard games! With 88 feet of direct lake frontage and a private seawall, Mountain Circle Retreat provides the ultimate backdrop for your Hot Springs vacation.
Water Access Details:
While this property does not feature a private dock (the neighboring docks are private and off-limits to guests), you are welcome to fish and swim right from our seawall! During the summer months, the high water level makes entering and exiting the water easier. However, there is no ladder, so we advise extreme caution when getting in and out, particularly for children or individuals with limited upper body strength.
Visiting in the Winter? From November 1st until mid-March, the lake undergoes its annual winter drawdown for shoreline maintenance. The water level is lowered by 3 to 5 feet, which means the water will drop below the seawall during these months and swimming access directly from the wall will not be available.
