Playacar Fase 1 is an exclusive gated community within Playa del Carmen. Fase 1 is next to the ocean as opposed to Fase 2 which is behind it. Fase 1 has 24/7 security and is monitored by security guards on motorbike throughout the mile long rows of homes. The beach has much more open area as there are not as many tourists in one area and it is quieter and more tranquil. However, you can walk to 5th ave in just a few minutes and enjoy everything Playa del Carmen has to offer.

Taxis are your best choice. You can call a taxi to the house by just asking one of the men on security detail to call in a taxi for you.

Concierge Services: We are happy to provide referrals for a private chef, in-villa massages, or a mezcal tasting. Please let us know how we can enhance your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements: The villa comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests in beds. It can host up to 16 guests, with the understanding that two guests will use a pull-out sofa, two will use an air mattress, and one will use the downstairs couch.

Pool Maintenance: To keep the pool pristine, our team requires access to the side and back yard for daily cleaning, typically around 9 am. If you prefer to opt-out of this service on any given day, please let us know in advance.

Gourmet Stove: The kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade stove. For your safety, we will provide a brief demonstration on how to operate it upon your arrival.

We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1750usd fully refundable OR a $69 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform. You will see this noted at your Airbnb check out just below your total.
