Please Note: Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, our villa offers incredible space and character. While not brand new, our dedicated team works hard to keep it clean and well-maintained. If you prefer modern construction, this may not be the right fit.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire penthouse unit and its private rooftop terrace with a hot tub. You are also invited to use the shared outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach.
To reach the front door, you will walk along a narrow path beside the pool; please use caution, especially when the area is wet. This is a penthouse unit located up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
We offer a seamless self-check-in process and respect our guests' privacy. While we will not be present during your stay, our dedicated team is always available via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Supplies Provided: We provide kitchen basics like oil, salt, and pepper, as well as hand soap, dish soap, and shampoo. Each guest receives one bath towel and one beach towel for their stay.
Entrance:Access to the Penthouse units requires walking through a narrow passageway between the pool and the Castillo to reach the back glass entrance. The walkway is tight and could become slippery when wet. Please use caution when navigating this area.
Groceries & Water: We do not provide groceries or drinking water. You can easily take a taxi to Chedrauii or Walmart.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required. This is processed securely outside of the booking platform. You will have the option of either a fully refundable $500 USD deposit or a non-refundable $29 USD damage waiver.
