Great location for visiting ASU and nearby area : 1.3 miles away from ASU Tempe campus. Walking distance to free Orbit “Mars” bus stop (3-5 minutes ) that takes you to ASU. 3.4 miles to Tempe Town Lake. 7.4 miles to Sky Harbor Airport. 4.9 miles to Tempe Diablo Stadium. 3.5 miles to Sloan Park (Cub Stadium) Clean, comfortable place and convenient location. Located in an easy access to major highways. close to old town scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix.

Not a a party or drug friendly environment. Please no outside shoes inside of the house. Recommend to have a pair of indoor slipper to be worn inside of the house. Non authorized guests are not allowed. Quiet time after 10pm.

The check in time is listed as 5pm because the host wont be able to start to clean around 3:30-4 pm due to work. You can check in and leave your luggages or hanging in the common area after 3pm. Or you can check in early if the room is not booked the night before your arrival . Since the check in time is a bit later than usual, it reflects on the check out time to 2pm. 1.Free city of tempe Orbit around the city and ASU tempe campus for free. This blue bus will take you to the light rail as well.
2. Close to the main road that have access to the buses.
3. Public transportation from Sky Harbor airport is also available. Best way is use your google map for navigation. Mainly take the light rail to ASU campus then change to Orbit -Mars to the nearby station then a short walk to the property
