The spectacular luxury ranch estate is situated over 26 acres of sprawling green vistas and was designed to bring the outdoors in with a resort-style pool, hot tub, basket ball hoop, gymnasium, huge wrap around front porch and an outdoor grill, while the inside is equipped with gourmet style chef's kitchen fully stocked with essential pots and pans, spacious living and game rooms, and 12 generous bedrooms and 13 bath rooms (11 full size bathrooms with showers and 3 half bath rooms with toilets). This dream resort style ranch estate home is so huge (~6500 SFT) that it can accommodate larger groups very comfortably.

✔ OPTIONAL BANQUET/PARTY Hall: You can add the Banquet/Party hall (~900 SFT) at a steep discount when you rent it along with Ranch home at $500/day (must rent for all the days on the reservation) against our regular price of $1500/day. The price includes the usage of 4K Projector, 7.1 Surround music system (Bluetooth), Party Tables and Mahogany Chiavari chairs for 50 people. Great add-on for Weddings, Receptions, Birthday parties, Family Reunions or Corporate Events

✔ OPTIONAL add-on service: We can also setup single beds for additional 15 guests in an adjacent Party hall (comes with 2 additional rest rooms) - The additional guests will have to share the bathrooms in the ranch home as party hall has only rest rooms and doesn't have shower facilities)

This home is tastefully curated for you to Unplug, Relax & Recharge! Guests are welcome to roam around our 26 acres of green pastures, but make sure to bring your boots and bug spray to stay safe!

This reservation is ONLY for staying at the resort style ranch home. We also have a Banquet hall and a Party Barn(pictures are on this listing as well). The event venues are NOT included with this reservation and they have to be reserved separately (OPTIONAL Add-On). If you are interested in booking the banquet hall or party barn to host an event, you can contact us for any additional details or pricing for events hosting.

Airbnb website has a platform limit of 16 adults in a listing. But, this home has sleeping arrangements for up to 60 guests (Additional charges for more than 25 guests). Additional guests can be accomodated in an adjoining building for extra cost.

Guest access
Access is limited to registered guests at booking. Remember, If you are the primary guest, you are responsible for the entire stay and the condition of the property upon check out.

We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Tanger outlets, Alliance Airport and around 30-45 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Denton, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the other DFW metro cities like Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound, Irving etc.

FLEXIBLE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES - 4:00PM CT Check-in and 10:00AM CT Check-out. Although we have defined check-in and check-out times, we approve COMPLIMENTARY early check-in or late check-out requests upon availability (can be requested 24 hours prior to check-in day)
WiFi – We have WiFi services available inside the home. We have Rural broadband connectivity in the home
NO SMOKING - SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the home. If you smoke outside the home, you will have to clean up afterwards (no cigarette butts are allowed on the floor and additional cleaning charges apply)
NOT A PARTY HOUSE - The house is for the specific use as a family and/or friends gathering or business retreat. It is **NOT** a place to host a party for anyone beyond those staying in the house with you. (There is a banquet hall and party barn that can be rented separately for any parties or events)
NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any consumption of drugs or illegal activities on the premises or anywhere on the ranch; Any illegal activities will be reported to the law enforcement authorities immediately
EVENT HOSTING: We do offer different packages to host Birthdays, Weddings, Receptions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers etc. You are NOT allowed to host parties without our prior written approval
PARKING – You can park directly in front of the home (concrete block) or in gravel area by the Bridge for up to 10 cars
ANIMALS/PETS - We love pets and they are allowed at $100 additional charge per pet for the entire stay (prior registration required, penalty charges apply if you bring pets without registration)
NO ACCESS to any other Homes, Apartments, Barns, Storage areas with in the Ranch Estate (other tenants share the common green areas and driveway)

Other things to note
Within a few minutes of this ranch estate home, you'll find beautiful South Wise County Park located near the northern shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. This park offers a public boat ramp, plenty of shoreline for bank fishing, and a picnic area. This lake hosts several yearly sailing regattas, and it is a foremost venue for the Texas Yacht Racing circuit. Sailors take every advantage of the breezes supplied by mother nature at every opportunity. Wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and pontooning provide water lovers with days of fun during warm weather.
