The River House with Hot Tub - Equinunk

On the main floor of the house, step into the cozy and inviting living room. Just off the living room is the main bedroom suite, featuring both a luxurious king canopy bed and a twin canopy bed. The suite also boasts a private bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi tub with a view of the river.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the spacious and well-equipped eat-in kitchen. It offers counter seating, a small kitchen table, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The sun room off the kitchen was converted to a bedroom with a queen bed. Here you’ll find the best view in the house!

Beyond the kitchen is the dining room with a fireplace and a view of the river, complete with a massive table that comfortably seats at least 16 guests.

Off the dining room are two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and a desk, and another with a full-size bed and a twin. A guest bathroom with a tub is located nearby for easy access.

Heading upstairs, you'll find another full bathroom with a shower, along with four charming bedrooms designed to accommodate everyone comfortably:

- The Garden Room: Featuring two queen beds and a desk with a lovely view of the pond.

- The Orange Room: Offers a king bed and a small sofa bed (just the right size for a small child).

This is a very secluded spot. A few miles down the road is one bar and one small general store. The closest restaurants and bigger stores are in Hancock (15 minutes away) and Callicoon (20 minutes away).

- About 24 guests can sleep here. But if you’ll have more than 16 people, please reach out prior to booking to confirm that the makeup of your group will work at the house.

- We have Starlink high speed internet, however we like to inform guests that cell reception is very spotty, and practically zero at our house. So be sure to turn on “WiFi calling” on your cell phone.

- Although this home is in a remote, private location, we do not want to disturb our neighbors. Loud outdoor music is unacceptable and may result in us asking you to leave without a refund.

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. We may also access the shed next to the house during your stay, but we’ll be sure not to disturb you, and will never enter the house without prior notice.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
