The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras, regularly updated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a flashlight to accommodate the safety and security of its occupants.

The space
This freshly updated, 700 square-foot one bedroom guest suite is situated on the lower level of the home. Its large windows throughout allows for natural light to flow in each room and gives the feeling of main level living. You will be insured your own private driveway and private entrance.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the lower level apartment.
