Unwind in the Ocean View main living area, where a 75" 4K HD SmartTV awaits to provide you with access to all the apps for endless entertainment options - Please bring your own passwords to sign into available apps and/or your cable provider!

KITCHEN: Enjoy the newly expanded & renovated luxe kitchen with its marble counters & backsplash! Equipped with new stainless appliances including a full-size refrigerator with Icemaker! The kitchen comes stocked with all the usual pots, pans, utensils, small appliances & much more!

The bedroom has been expanded to give guests more room. A ceiling Fan & numerous USB ports provide extra ease & comfort! PLEASE NOTE: This condo has a Bedroom Door - ensuring privacy & blackout sleeping conditions - MANY other oceanfront condos do not have a bedroom door - meaning the bedroom is open to the whole unit!

QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER: Additional sleeping space is provided by a living room queen sleeper sofa which features an upgraded 5" memory foam mattress & Blackout Drapes!

PACK & PLAY: Always available in the unit - just bring your little one's pillow, sheet & blankie!

BATHROOM: Pamper yourself in the SPA marble bathroom, complete with a rainfall shower head and body sprayer - A/C & Heat are provided in the bathroom for maximum comfort - rare in this resort!

The FREE trolley offers you an easy, convenient way to get around Sea Pines and visit your favorite locations. Take advantage of this complimentary service, courtesy of Community Services Associates.

The Breeze Trolley (seasonal - check website for dates):
Hilton Head Island's public trolley. This FREE trolley offers you a convenient way to get around several areas of Hilton Head including Coligny Beach Park, Shelter Cove Community Park & Shopping, The Village at Wexford shops & restaurants, Folly Field Beach, and more.
