KITCHEN: Enjoy the newly expanded & renovated luxe kitchen with its marble counters & backsplash! Equipped with new stainless appliances including a full-size refrigerator with Icemaker! The kitchen comes stocked with all the usual pots, pans, utensils, small appliances & much more!

A ceiling Fan & numerous USB ports provide extra ease & comfort! PLEASE NOTE: This condo has a Bedroom Door - ensuring privacy & blackout sleeping conditions - MANY other oceanfront condos do not have a bedroom door - meaning the bedroom is open to the whole unit!

QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER: Additional sleeping space is provided by a living room queen sleeper sofa which features an upgraded 5" memory foam mattress & Blackout Drapes!
