Welcome to The Oasis at Creekside Paradise. This home is part of a peaceful multi-unit waterfront property with some shared outdoor amenities.

A rare creekfront setting surrounded by lush gardens and mature trees. Just steps from the creek, you can kayak, fish, and enjoy sunset views right from the property. This tropical-inspired home is designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying nature. Spend your days kayaking, biking around the island, or unwinding by the water, and end your evenings with cocktails on the dock at sunset.

🐾 PET POLICY

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—please inquire.

This is a duplex with a shared yard, so dogs must be friendly and cleaned up after.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Max capacity: 11 guests
– No more than 8 guests over age 15 (city ordinance)

• This home is part of a duplex
– The adjacent unit is also a vacation rental

• 3 parking spots available
– Possibly 4 if they are smaller vehicles

• Some amenities are shared with guests next door:
– Pool (12’ saltwater dipping pool)
– Hot tub (private while in use via gated area)
– Bikes & kayaks
– Backyard with firepit, grill, dock & waterfront lounge

• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch are located underneath the hosts home but I am happy to share it with guests :)

Guest access
This is half of a duplex - guests have this entire portion of the home & screened in back porch to themselves. The dock, yard, pool, hot tub & attached screened in porch are shared with the guests next door & myself.

Waterfront hot tub with access to a cozy screened in waterfront porch is in a very private corner of the property (underneath my house in the backyard right on the creek). While you have the hot tub all to yourself when you are using it, it is also available to the guests next door. I just asked that guests shut the gate to the area to indicate that it is in use.

Other things to note
I grew up on Tybee & it has been my dream to be able to move back home & share my beautiful island with visitors. Creekside Oasis is my manifestation of this dream. As such this is a shared property. You will definitely be seeing myself, my partner, our dogs, the guests next door & sometimes my parents & personal guests. We are a fun loving, easy going couple so feel free to say hi! And please stop by my partner’s brewery down the street, Back River Brewery, and have a beer with us! Also, we like to travel so we may not always be available or on site, but we will have everything prepared for your trip.

Kindly note that I do not give refunds outside of my posted policy. As such, I highly recommend trip insurance as I cannot be on the line for personal, weather emergencies etc

The house is older & is NOT PERFECT. It is clean, comfortable & well appointed with a very responsive host. But if you are a perfectionist who expects a pristine, sterile rental please book somewhere else.
