3 bedrooms, all with AC:

1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and fresh towels.

The vibe is modern, simple, and practical: easy to keep cool, easy to relax, and easy to head out the door to the beach.

You’ll have private access to the entire 3-bedroom unit.

Very safe, secure feel: the home is on a quiet residential street, and entry is keyless and secure. As with any city, we still recommend normal common sense (lock up, do not leave valuables visible in cars).

Stairs: the unit is on the second floor and requires going up stairs.

Parking: there is no dedicated on-site parking, but free street parking is available nearby.

Laundry is not available in the building, but there are several laundromats nearby.

Shared patio + gear: the backyard patio, bikes, and beach items are shared amenities for the building. Everything is included, just be respectful and return items for the next guests.
