The Space:

Built less than five years ago, this custom 5,300 sq ft Boyne Mountain home was designed as the ultimate mountain retreat. Multiple gathering spaces allow large groups to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 20):

The home features 6 bedrooms across three floors. Non-bunk rooms are all equipped with Smart TVs, all bedrooms have comfortable linens.

1. Upper Floor MBR has a King and a twin daybed, TV, access to a private deck, and an en-suite bath. This bath has an additional door to the hallway.
2. Across the hall from the Upper MBR is the Upper Bunk room, which has two sets of Full bunk beds (4 beds).
3. Main Floor MBR has a King bed , TV, desk, access to the main deck, and en-suite bath. There is also a separate powder room (half bath) on this floor.
4. Lower MBR has a King bed, large window, TV, and en-suite bath.
5. Lower Bunk room has two sets of full bunk beds (4 beds), large window, and an en-suite bath. This bath has an additional door to the hallway.
6. Across the hallway from the Lower Bunk room is the Lower Queen room, with a single Queen sized bed, egress window, and TV
The home has 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. One of the full bathrooms on the lower level has a freestanding bathtub, in addition to a tiled shower. All other full bathrooms have tiles showers. All bathrooms are stocked with essentials for your stay.

Winter Travel: The driveway and neighborhood roads are paved, but we strongly recommend four-wheel drive or AWD during winter months, as Boyne Mountain receives significant snowfall.
