1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor area in the backyard.
2. No Pets: We kindly ask guests not to bring pets to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space.
3. No Parties or Events: To respect the peaceful environment, no parties or large gatherings are permitted.
4. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
5. Backyard Sharing: The backyard is shared occasionally with other guests. Please be considerate when using this space.
6. Cleanliness: We ask that you keep the home tidy and leave it in good condition. No additional cleaning fee is charged.
7. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
