While it feels like a peaceful retreat, you're only a short 10-15 minute drive (approximately 6 miles) from the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs. Here you can explore the famous Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs National Park, discover unique shops and art galleries, and enjoy a wide variety of dining options.

By Car: Our condo includes free, secure parking for your vehicle. We are conveniently located just off Highway 7 (Central Avenue), making it easy to navigate the city.

Historic Downtown & Bathhouse Row: A quick 10-15 minute drive.

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort: About a 10-minute drive.

Garvan Woodland Gardens: A scenic 15-minute drive.

Magic Springs: Approximately 20 minutes away.

Ride-Sharing & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available and are a great, hassle-free option for heading downtown for dinner and drinks, especially since parking can be competitive during peak season.

By Boat: For a true lake experience, you can navigate Lake Hamilton by boat. Many popular lakeside restaurants and bars have public docks, allowing you to pull up for a bite to eat right from the water.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

- Disclosure: Upon arrival, guests must register with the property association. We provide a pre-arrival registration document for seamless self-check-in, verified by the onsite caretaker. A copy of the rules and regulations is included in the guest rental agreement and available in the unit.

- Common Areas: Club House, Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub: Follow posted rules; no furniture removal or private reservations. Access restricted to owners and rented guests (up to four per unit). Pool hours are 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; quiet time after 10:00 p.m. No pets, smoking, firearms, fireworks, or hazardous weapons. Speed limit: 10 mph. Tennis Courts: Tennis only; access limited to owners and their guests (four max per unit).
