CONDO ON THE CANAL - Beautifully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo in an excellent location with a view of the Camelback Mountain. Perfect set up for two couples. A car isn't necessary to get you around Scottsdale, with free trolley service just steps away. a short walk to the Fashion Square Mall; Waterfront; Arts District; Downtown; Old Town; Entertainment District. Hotels, spas, gym, restaurants, bars, shops, Starbucks & grocery shopping all within walking distance. Just 1 1/2 mile to the Cholla Trailhead on Camelback Mountain.
The location of the condo makes it easy to walk or bike and explore the miles of canal tails without the hassle of cars and traffic. Stroll, or sit by the lake in nearby Chaparral Park. Travel by bike is easy with the bike lanes starting on the Chaparral Road, right outside the condo.
Easy 15 minute cab ride from airport. Great access to Highways 101 & 202.

Meet the Host
We are Jim & Cindy. We live in Edmonton, Canada and love that Scottsdale is a direct 3 hour flight to get us away from the cold when we need a break. There are so many events and activities going on in Scottsdale so we can be as busy or relaxed as we choose. We enjoy the Waterfront, Old Town and downtown areas. All amenities are so close we can walk to them. I often walk to the yoga studio or we set out on bikes and explore many miles using the canal trails.
