• 2-minute golf cart or bike ride to the beach (10-minute walk)

• 1 block to Mason Ave’s restaurants, bakeries, and shops

• 1 towel set per guest (towel, hand towel, washcloth)

• This is a twin-home/duplex, but entry doors are on opposite sides, and the backyards are separated by a privacy fence (see photos).
