★☆ HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO NOTE ☆★
★ THINGS TO NOTE★
☛ The house is located in a gated HOA community. The HOA requires all Airbnb guests to purchase a gate access card on the day of arrival. The fee is $50 per vehicle. Before you check-in to the house, you will need to purchase the gate access card at the Main Gate Entrance to Pine Mountain Lake (located at 19228 Pine Mountain Drive). The Main Gate Entrance is open and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The HOA also requires all Airbnb guests to be registered in advance.
★ GENERAL RULES ★
☛ No smoking anywhere on the property
☛ No parties or events – enjoy a peaceful stay
☛ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – please respect neighbors
☛ No shoes indoors – help us keep the space clean
☛ Primary guest must be 25+ to book
☛ Pets are not allowed.
☛ The home has a septic system. The only thing that should be flushed is toilet paper. All other items, even if they are labeled as “flushable”, can cause problems and should never be flushed. Food scraps, cooking oils, and coffee grounds should also be thrown out rather than going down the kitchen sink.
☛ Coolers and food should never be stored or left outside - the bears will have a nice snack if they are.
☛ All trash bags need to be put in the trash cans at the end of the driveway. The trash can lids need to be locked by securing the bear straps.
★ LOCAL / HOA RULES ★
☛ The HOA does not allow guests to launch personal boats or kayaks on Pine Mountain Lake. However, boat and kayak rentals are available at the Pine Mountain Lake Marina during the summer season.
☛ Due to limited parking, the HOA does not allow guests to park at the Marina on Fridays, weekends, and holidays during the summer season. However, guests can park at the Lake Lodge, Dunn Court Beach, and Fisherman’s Cove, and take a free water taxi to and from the Marina during those times.
☛ The community pool is only open during the summer season.
