Kitchen & Dining: Gourmet kitchen, full coffee/tea bar (Nespresso, Keurig, French press, drip, electric kettle). Herringbone dining table + island seating + outdoor dining.

From sunrise coffee on your private patio to evenings stargazing from the hot tub, this home is designed to immerse you in Sedona’s beauty while keeping every comfort of home close at hand.
Special attention rules:

* 5% Discount off nightly rate for stays of at least 7 nights
* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Must be 25 to book and be present throughout the stay
* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement
* To help mitigate fraud a photo of the credit card used to book the home must be uploaded, showing the last four digits of the credit card. The credit card number and name on must match those on the booking.
* A credit card security deposit HOLD is required
* All rentals subject to 3.5% Sedona Hotel Tax, 3.5% Sedona Hotel/Motel Additional Tax, and 6.325% Yavapai County Tax
* Keep doors closed to keep nature like scorpions, javalinas and tarantulas out.

Please note that in accordance with the City of Sedona short term rental regulations (Municipal Code 5.25.100), 24 hours before your booking begins, we will need to complete a background check on the primary renter. Your details will be verified using the governmental ID you are required submit with your booking.
