This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for respectful groups who value peace and relaxation.

Absolutely no parties or events.

Outdoor noise must be kept low, especially in the evenings.

A $500 fine will be assessed if the no-party rule is violated or if neighbors are disturbed.
