➡️➡️ After your Booking Request is accepted, you will be asked to verify your ID, sign a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit hold of $500 prior to receiving your check-in instructions. The deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after check-out (if there are no charges).
• You will have access to the entire 2nd-floor apartment (no shared spaces inside the unit).
• The parking area is behind the house, where you'll have 2 assigned parking spots. The entire backyard is fully paved, so there is no traditional "yard" at the property.
• Stairs: To reach the 2nd floor, there are 5 steps up to the front porch and then 14 stairs inside. 10 steps going down to the basement, where the laundry machines are located.
» Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You won't have any issues accessing the 2 sets of washers and dryers available for your use!
» The basement was recently painted and is bright with motion-sensor lights. You can access the basement from the interior of the property, which is cleaned monthly.

★ Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You'll always have access to the machines. The basement is well-lit with motion sensor lights and cleaned monthly.
