From the moment you enter our condo, 2203 Island Club, which is located directly on Folly Field beach overlooking the Atlantic ocean, you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views. Our condo is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with outstanding views of one of Hilton Head's most beautiful beaches from almost every room.

Our non-smoking, pet-free villa can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests and offers easy access to the beach. Just take the elevator or steps downstairs to the beach walk and you are literally right there on the ocean. You can fish, sunbathe, and enjoy your day on the beach.

When you're done at the beach, you can enjoy all the amenities of Island Club, including three pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a gazebo, playground, basketball court, lagoon, and on-site bicycle rentals, or walk to putt-putt golf nearby.

Our villa is well-maintained and available for weekly, monthly or other vacation rentals and when you rent from us, we can help guide and direct you to the perfect vacation. We've been enjoying Hilton Head for more than 30 years.
