This 2 story villa is located on 2nd level and has outside stairs. The villa is within walking distance of the ocean and in front of one of the onsite swimming pools. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Upstairs and downstairs master suites, plus 3rd bedroom with twin beds that can convert to a King (prior notice needed for housekeeping to put conversion on bed). Private, quiet, peaceful villa available for adults or enjoy the full access access of The Westin Hotel oceanfront amenities, spa, beach front bars, cabanas, 3 more pools & large hot tub for more family or young adult fun. One round of golf is included daily. One hour court time at Racquet Club daily. Check in at the Westin - cleaning fee is charged at check-in.

The space:

What more can you ask for-FREE golf and tennis along with a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 Bath villa. A spacious 1800 sq. ft., with 3 master suites, overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool area. On the first floor you will find a master suite, the living/dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, washer/dryer, full size oven/stove, dishwasher, place settings for 10, and a full set of pots and pans. The dining room table seats 6 and the bar seats 3. The furnishings in the living area include a love seat, queen size sleeper sofa, and a reading chair. Upstairs, you will find the second master suite and attached bath and the third bedroom and full bath. As of now (changes in Oct 2023) each master suite has a whirlpool tub/shower and double vanity. The beds in the master bedrooms are king size, and two twin beds in the third bedroom that, upon request, can be made into a king size bed for a nominal fee. There is a flat screen 50" smart TV in the living area, plus a 40" flat screen TV in each bedroom. Walk out the balcony to one of two pools and a kiddie pool. A short walk on property to another pool & hot tub. Free WiFi .

Walk to Westin Resort and enjoy the amenities which also include the fitness center, peleton workout room, three (3) oceanfront pools and towel service, as well as the convenience of the hotel shuttle which runs seasonally through the property to the beach, golf and tennis and Shelter Cove shopping center. Restaurants, pool bar and coffee house and gift shops on property.

HERITAGE GOLF GROUP GOLF & TENNIS AMENITIES PACKAGE

Guests get one tee time per day for up to 4 players (complimentary golf) and each players pays a cart fee at the Port Royal Golf Club, Oyster Reef, and the Shipyard Golf Club.

You can also receive one hour reserved court time per day at the Port Royal Racquet Club.

Minimum stay is 5 nights (except stays in May - September). Check in is Saturday to Saturday.

Also, the cleaning fee is collected by the Westin Hotel at the beginning of your stay by credit card- it is not collected by host. The amount presently includes COVID19 sanitation and is $240.
