Kitchen is complete with all the conveniences of home. Whether you're making pancakes, home cooked dinners, or mixed drinks; our kitchen has it all!

• Custom coffee bar with single (k-cup) cup and 12 cup carafe coffee/tea/hot water machine.

• Building POA does not allow renters to have pets on the premises/or within the condos at any time.

• Hilton Head Island has several pet boarding locations on the island and in Bluffton.

• Owners are fulltime Hilton Head Island residents and are a phone call/text, or email away to answer your questions or provide local information.

For the 2025 season, our villa has new kitchen dishes, flatware and glasses. Fresh paint throughout the villa. The floors have been steam-cleaned. Every area in the condo has been deep cleaned and is ready for your beach vacation. The building recently completed extensive weather proofing throughout the property, updating the elevator, fire alarm/suppression system and improvements to the pool, deck area and equipment. North Shore Place stands apart from other buildings due to the ongoing maintenance and updates ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and uneventful stay.
