ST. Sylvan Historic Bungalow - St. Augustine

Inside, the bungalow keeps its hundred-year-old character — warm wood, big windows, easy coastal touches — without asking you to give up comfort. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with room-darkening shades and fresh linens; guests tell us, over and over, that they're some of the most comfortable beds they've slept in. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, not just reheating, and the open living area has a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for the slow evenings in. Need to get a little work done? There's a dedicated workspace. The full bath has a walk-in shower, and you've got a washer and dryer, central A/C, and heat for whatever the Florida weather decides to do.

The enclosed front porch is the part people remember — the spot for morning coffee and the last glass of wine before bed. Out back, a fully fenced yard with room to dine outside, throw a ball, and let the dog roam off-leash. Two bikes are yours for the week if you'd rather coast the neighborhood than drive it.
