Spacious loft in Dimes Square - Lower East Side, with exposed brick and high ceilings. Loads of living space and a chef's kitchen. Great open layout for guests to relax and experience NYC living at its fullest. Close to multiple subway lines on the Lower East Side. .2000 sq foot loft space on the historic Lower East Side of Manhattan. Brilliant natural light is available from western, eastern and northern facing windows. Exposed brick, hardwood flooring and the original pressed tin ceiling in this 1914 warehouse building establish a quintessential NYC, Lower East Side flavor. New sheets, linens, towels, and pillows purchased in January 2024.

Getting around

The F, B, D, J, M, Z, Q, N, R, and 6 trains are all very close. Citibike stations are one block away. M15 and other bus lines are also one block from the 18 orchard front door. Taxi's regularly come off the nearby Manhattan bridge and are easy to catch on Allen and Canal. The Williamsburgh bridge is a few blocks away with walking and bike paths over the East River to Brooklyn. The promenade at the East River waterline has outdoor gym equipment, basketball and tennis courts, running and bike paths. South Street Seaport, Chinatown, and Little Italy nearby.
