• This home is my primary residence. While I make every effort to remove personal items before each stay, guests may notice some personal belongings, and a few closets or cupboards will remain closed.
• No pets allowed.
• No laundry on-site, but a laundromat is conveniently located directly across the street.
• The neighborhood residential and peaceful, though weekends and street festival days can feel lively due to the area’s popular restaurants, cafés, and bars.

I’m passionate about travelling and love experiencing the real life of the places I visit — not just the tourist side. Some of my best travel memories have come from staying in people’s homes, discovering local neighbourhoods, and seeing how people actually live in different countries.

1) There’s a paid parking lot across the street at Via Italia St. & St. Clair Ave. W (address: 91 Via Italia), which includes 12 EV charging station. They offer hourly, nightly, and monthly options. You can pay on the spot or on "Green P" mobile app. There are always spots available.
Rate Information:
$1.75/half hour
Monday – Sunday & Holidays
6am – 6pm: $9.00
6pm – 6am: $5.00
Electric Vehicle Charging Rates* (Monday-Sunday)
Per hour: $2.00
Night Maximum (6pm – 7am): $6.00
