The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for dining in, with both a Keurig (pods provided) and a full-size coffee maker to start your mornings right. The dining area seats four comfortably, and you’re just steps from beach access—or a short stroll to the Nye Beach District, filled with cafés, bakeries, and upscale restaurants.

Bedroom 1: King bed, 32" Smart TV with Roku & DVD player

Hall Bathroom: Full bath with walk-in shower

Upper Level – Loft Bedroom 2

King bed (can be split into two twins with advance notice)

Full bathroom with spa Jacuzzi tub and shower

Note: Loft has half-walls and is not suitable for young children

Coin-operated machines located on-site just down the hall ($1.50 per load – quarters required)

You’ll enjoy a newly remodel unit. Comfy living room with a TV with cable and DVD player, along with a CD player in the living room, are available for guest use. 2 couches, 2-barrel chairs, 1 recliner so you can enjoy the ocean view out the west. Dining area for 4 and a fully equipped open concept kitchen to make eating in a pleasure. Walk out your door to a beach access or stroll down the block to the Nye Beach District, a collection of unique shops and restaurants from a coffee house, bakery to upscale dining. Downstairs bedroom has TV with cable. Bring a good book, or there are plenty of DVD’s and board games for a cozy evening in or storm watching days.

Each unit has it's own assigned parking spot, if you need additional parking you can park on the street.

This vacation rental is in the perfect spot for a couple's special getaway, with a romantic ocean view jacuzzi tub for 2 that looks at the Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the north with miles of sandy beach nearby for romantic walks or beach exploration. Beach access is out the back door and down the slope. Come enjoy our condo for a spring retreat, summer vacations, warm fall days, and/or winter storm getaways!
There is plenty of fun things to do in Newport, such as the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Newport Bay Front, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Marine Discovery tours, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and so much more! 30-minute scenic drive up to Lincoln City and enjoy food and concerts at the Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Resort, one of my favorites is to get pampered at the Salishan Spa and Golf Resort.
