Turn south at the end of the lot for easy beach access! It’s just a short stroll down the path—no stairs required. This is the main route to Nye Beach, perfect for hauling coolers, beach chairs, or your morning coffee.
Sunsets here are nothing short of breathtaking. Watch the sky come alive with color—best enjoyed from your private balcony or through the ocean-facing windows.
The white-roofed building is our complex. Our unit is on the top floor at the north end. See the small row of upper windows? Those are clerestory windows in the loft bedroom—letting in beautiful light while still keeping things private.

You’ll enjoy a newly remodel unit. Comfy living room with a TV with cable and DVD player, along with a CD player in the living room, are available for guest use. Surround sound stereo system, unfortunately the stereo doesn't pic up much at the coast, but you can bring CD's and/or plug your own device in to play your music. Couch and two swivel recliners so you can enjoy the ocean view out the west and north windows. An electric fireplace, a dining area for 4 and a fully equipped open concept kitchen to make eating in a pleasure. Walk out your door to a beach access or stroll down the block to the Nye Beach District, a collection of unique shops and restaurants from a coffee house, bakery to upscale dining. Downstairs bedroom has TV with cable. Bring a good book, or there are plenty of DVD’s and board games for a cozy evening in or storm watching days.

Each unit has it's own assigned parking spot, if you need additional parking you can park on the street.

This vacation rental is in the perfect spot for a couple's special getaway, with a romantic ocean view jacuzzi tub for 2 that looks at the Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the north with miles of sandy beach nearby for romantic walks or beach exploration. Beach access is out the back door and down the slope. Come enjoy our condo for a spring retreat, summer vacations, warm fall days, and/or winter storm getaways!

There is plenty of fun things to do in Newport, such as the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Newport Bay Front, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Marine Discovery tours, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and so much more! 30-minute scenic drive up to Lincoln City and enjoy food and concerts at the Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Resort, one of my favorites is to get pampered at the Salishan Spa and Golf Resort.
