Neighborhood: Over-the-Rhine / Downtown edge — historic 19th-century brick buildings, lively dining and nightlife corridors (Vine, Vine–Elm–Race streets), Findlay Market a short walk north, and quick access to The Banks riverfront and downtown offices. The area is urban, busy, and popular with visitors seeking restaurants, breweries, and street-level retail.

Getting around: Walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery/Findlay Market, and civic buildings. The free Cincinnati Connector streetcar runs a loop between The Banks, downtown and Findlay Market with stops within a few blocks. Metro (SORTA) buses serve downtown corridors; Transit/Transit app or Google Maps public transit mode gives real-time trips. Rideshare and taxis are widely available; parking is limited on-street and there are nearby paid garages.
