The Space

This bright, bottom-unit retreat (private entrance via smart lock) features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, twin daybed, and Roku HDTV. The queen bedroom offers a luxurious and comfy mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything for home-cooked meals. Outside, the fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ is perfect for pets and relaxation. Additional perks include in-home laundry room, a Nest thermostat, and a private carport.

Enjoy exclusive use of the bottom unit, fenced courtyard, private drive, and carport, with shared access to a free laundry room. Trained pets are welcome (see house rules; pet fee applies).

We make ourself available throughout the stay if needed. We provide a guest book that provides information about the home and the area and are available to answer questions and provide suggestions to our guests.

This home is easy 5 min walking distance from Uptown Sedona' main streets and attractions which include over 20 restaurants, shops the Sedona Art Center, the Sedona Meditation Center, Tlaquepaque and Uptowns other attractions. Our guest book provides lots of suggestions and menus to some of our favorite restaurants. Entry is by Code key lock, Code to which along with directions is provided prior to arrival.

Car is best - A 5 minute walk to the main Uptown Sedona strip.

A Red Rock hiking pass is provided for your convenience. We just ask that you return the pass at the end of the stay so that other guests may enjoy it too.
