The space
Step into an open living space on the first floor with a living room, dining area and mudroom with a 1/2 bathroom and washer/dryer all on the first floor. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen that has an island with seating for four and a dining area with seating for six.

Beyond the dining area you will find the mudroom with a full washer/dryer and a 1/2 bathroom before exiting to the back patio with seating, a Solo stove and a shed that has all of your beach necessities!

We offer 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom/bath is located in a lofted space on the third floor that has a king bed and TV with a Roku stick. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are located on the second floor. All of these bedrooms are furnished with comfy and cozy queen beds and all have TVs with Roku sticks.

Guest access
Your family will have full access to the house other than the locked owner's storage in the mudroom.

Other things to note
Located 1 block to Central Park and the tennis/pickleball courts, 4 blocks to the beach and 6 blocks to Mason Ave where you will find all of the shops/restaurants.

Nearby Bay Creek offers 27 holes of award winning golf designed by two of the greatest that ever played the game, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.

7-night minimum stay during peak summer months starting Memorial Day weekend lasting through Labor Day weekend with Sunday check-in. 2-night minimum stay throughout the rest of the year.

Check-in is at 4PM with check-out at 10AM

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the home. No events/parties. No drug use anywhere on the property. No pets allowed.
