"The 1903 Beach Club" is a new luxury condo perfect for a couple or small family. Named after the Wright Brothers and the year of their first flight in Kitty Hawk, you'll find little pieces of aviation history throughout the condo. You can expect light and airy beach living with tall ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight as you step through the door. You'll enjoy comfortable beds and furniture, large flat screens, a fully equipped open kitchen with an extra long kitchen island and an outdoor grill. Our front porch faces the pool with seating to relax and unwind after a fun day or while you sip your morning coffee. Welcome to our hangar!

EV CHARGING
The community offers two EV charging stations with 250-amp outlets for your convenience.

POOL CABANAS
Available May–October
Poolside cabanas include a TV, mini fridge, towels, and bottled water. Food and drinks can also be ordered from The Salty Rim for poolside delivery.


IMPORTANT BOOKING DETAILS

• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay
• Maximum occupancy of 6 guests (registered guests only)
• No animals and no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property


RENTAL AGREEMENT & VERIFICATION
In accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, a signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival step that includes providing a guest list and primary guest verification (government-issued ID).

This is a standard and straightforward process to finalize your reservation and prepare for your stay.


SECURITY
A security camera is located at the front door for the safety and protection of the property and guests. It must remain on and unobstructed at all times. Any tampering may result in reservation cancellation and applicable charges for damages.


HOME NOTES
This is a privately hosted home (not a hotel). The condo includes Wi-Fi, standard appliances, and modern amenities for your comfort. While we do our best to maintain everything in excellent working order, occasional service interruptions or equipment issues may occur.

We are not on-site 24/7 but are always available and responsive if anything comes up. Temporary service interruptions or equipment malfunctions, while uncommon, are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or weather-related disruptions.

No refunds or credits will be issued for these situations or for early departures. In the event of a mandatory evacuation for Corolla, NC (paved areas), rent will be prorated for unused nights during the evacuation period.
