The Grand home is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hollywood Beach, Ventura County, California. The house is ideally located between the marina and the ocean and within walking distance of the local shops and waterfront restaurants.

This spacious three-level beach house has an elegant open space concept with a cream and white theme. A grand entrance opens to double-height ceilings and an extra-wide staircase.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level is a large open-concept living room with a cream sectional sofa where you can open the double doors and take in the Marina breeze or watch TV on the sizeable Roku-connected TV. There is also a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. A dining table sits under a modern chrome and glass chandelier, which will seat 8-10. You'll also have a huge chef's kitchen with all the amenities you imagine - pots and pans, baking sheets, a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and more. A powder room with a changing table is tucked next to the kitchen under the staircase to the upper floor.

LOWER LEVEL
Coming in the front door, take the stairs to the left you go to the lower level. This level has two queen-sized bedrooms and a large shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is also a laundry closet with a large washer and dryer for your use. Also located is a door to the garage.

UPPER LEVEL
From the main level by the kitchen, a stairway continues to the next floor, where the stairs open into an entertainment area with a large leather sectional, leather armchairs, and a desk. There is a built-in coffee bar and a 49" TV, plus games and books. Continue straight to the king-sized master suite, with a walk-in closet and huge master ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a separate walk-in shower and tub. In addition, around the corner is an ample office space with a desk. This full desk in a private alcove is perfect for your "workation" with Ultrafast 1G WiFi.

ROOF DECK
Oh, wait! We are not done! Go back to the entertainment room There is a door to exterior stairs to the roof where you will find a roof deck with lounge furniture, a fire pit, dining for 4+, and BBQ and umbrella. The absolute best place to watch the stars go blue!
