About Kit

Gary and I are originally from Wisconsin but now live on "North Beach, " which is the northern end of the Clearwater Beach island. We've been visiting here for years and feel blessed to "live where you vacation." We have family (including two little grandsons) in Wisconsin so still make it back there quite often. Before buying a home on North Beach, Gary and I spent three years staying a few months at various condos on Clearwater Beach. Our favorite by far was Belle Harbor. We always said that if we were going to live in a condo, Belle Harbor would be it! The perfect location and all the amenities make it a great spot to vacation, work remotely, or live!
