Why does my listing show: "Caution: This listing might have outdated availability and/or pricing."

We are striving to create a perfect marketplace of the most up-to-date listings and hosts who respond promptly with accurate pricing info. Please help us!

The caution message will disappear once your pricing and calendar are perfectly up to date.

  1. Log in
  2. Menu (top right)
  3. Manage Listings
  4. Edit > Calendar
  5. Make sure your Calendar is updated and synced with VRBO, Airbnb and or others. (If fully available: you can manually block one day in the far future)
