Ich habe die Unterkunft von Ben gewählt, da ich spontan eine Zypernrundreise gemacht habe und eine gute Base für Zyperns Osten haben wollte. Von Anfang an habe ich mich super wohlgefühlt. Ich kam an und es war, als käme ich zu einem alten Freund nach Hause. Ich durfte mich im Haus überall frei bewegen und alles mitbenutzen. Besonders begeistert haben mich der morgendliche Kaffee und der Pool mit dem Meerblick. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe und genügend Stauraum (2 große Schränke mit genügend Bügeln). Gleich am ersten Abend war ich mit Ben und einer weiteren Bekannten noch ein wenig das Nightlive erkunden, das war so schön und hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Und wenn du was brauchst, Tipps, oder dir was fehlt, wird Ben dir da auf jeden Fall weiterhelfen. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal für den Sonnenschirm für meinen Beachday :D. Seine Katzen sind natürlich auch Zucker und ein weiteres +. Wenn ich wieder nach Zypern komme, dann zu dir, ich melde mich auf jeden Fall. Danke für alles. GaLiGrü

Our stay in Larnaca was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amenities we needed. From the moment we booked, our host Andy went above and beyond to make our stay in Larnaca unforgettable. He sent clear instructions, helpful tips about the area and was always quick to respond if we had questions. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!! This combination of a great apartment, perfect location, and a thoughtful host made our trip unforgettable. Thank you Andy!! We will sure be back again😃

Наша відпустка не була б такою чудовою, якщо б ми зупинились в іншому місці!) Крістоф, господар квартири - надзвичайно дружелюбний та завжди готовий допомогти. Ще задовго перед поїздкою Крістоф перелічив нам всі цікаві для відвідин місця, пляжі, ресторани, магазини та продуктові ринки, сортуючи всі ці пункти по локації та цінових категоріях. Поради від місцевих надзвичайно цінні, тому ми, звісно ж, скористались підказками Крістофа і залишились задоволеними. Впродовж нашого тижневого проживання, Крістоф цікавився, чи все гаразд і чи раптом нам не потрібно чогось. Коли ж виявилось, що немає фену для волосся, Крістоф приніс повністю новий в той же день. Будь-які питання вирішувались на протязі кількох годин, комунікація з власником чудесна. Що ж до квартири - перевершила очікування. На кухні був абсолютно весь набір посуду, каструль та сковорідок, спеції, кава, цукор. В холодильнику нас чекала баночка сонцезахисного крему SPF 50, що нам сильно пригодилось. Величезне ліжко зі зручним матрасом, чиста постільна білизна, кілька комплектів рушників, праска (абсолютно нова, в упаковці), кондиціонер (!), швидкий WI-FI і навіть дитяче ліжечко (для сімей з маленькими дітками особливо зручно). На території комплексу багато місця для паркування машини. Єдиним нюансом, який нас спершу трохи конфузив, були мурахи на кухні, проте, якщо прибирати вчасно та ставити пастки, вони зникають. Мурахи є по всьому Кіпру, це не проблема помешкання =) Апартаменти знаходяться в містечку Терсефаноу, що за 5 км від великої магістралі, тому легко та зручно машиною добратись і до Айя Напи, і до Пафоса, і до Нікосії. До Ларнаки близько 20 хвилин їзди машиною. Дуже дякуємо за комфортне перебування, Крістоф!

Christoph ist ein superfeiner Host, und war rasch zu Hilfe, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Durch ihn konnte ich sogar Kontakte knüpfen, die für mich in weiterer folge hilfreich waren, und die unternehmerische Tätigkeit von Hecky ist eine echte Inspiration. Danke! Der Ort ist ein Traum. Die Fotos auf AirBnB können das gar nicht so ganz wiedergeben. Maroni ist ein schnuckeliger Ort der günstig gelegen ist, um sich das Land anzusehen (Auto brauchts). Der Ausblick von der Terasse aufs umliegende Hügelland und Meer ist herrlich. Das Haus mit verzweigtem Innenhof ist ein kleines Schlösschen mit viel Rafinesse und hat alles, was es braucht. Auch Internet und Handy-Empfang läuft super, wenn wer das braucht. Kleine Sache für Gehör-empfindliche, oder leichte Schläfer. Die Vögel, die unglaublichentspannendbinichdankbarwardasschön über den Tag zwitschern starten ihr Konzert schon recht früh. Wer etwas länger schlafen möchte, empfiehlt es sich Ohrstöpsel einzupacken. Ich bin da bisher etwas empfindlich, deswegen hab ich die immer dabei, und hab geschlafen wie ein Baby : )

Каждый путешественник AirBnb должен хоть раз остановиться у такого гостеприимного хозяина как Кристоф! Человек получает удовольствие от того что делает - и от организации быта, общения с гостями, от своего домашнего ресторана. Поэтому все у него и получается) Думаю я долго буду вспоминать ужин на крыше его дома со стейком, чудесным видом на округу, бутылкой вина и беседой на несколько часов. Желаю чтобы его бизнес процветал и как можно больше гостей получили удовольствие от пребывания в его доме. Единственное что может не всем понравиться в деревушке Марони - трудно без авто, но если машина есть то наоборот отлично. 30 минут от центра Лимассола, и от центра Ларнаки и совсем немного дольше до Никосии.

I can only give Markus a 5* rating for Villa Pleiades Kouklia Cyprus Reasons: from the initial getgo booking and communication were easy and professional with directions to the villa from Larnaca being precise and very easy to follow. I genuinely feel that the media description undersells the beautiful villa which has excellent views down to the sea from the garden area which contains a very user friendly swimming pool. Although this villa is by no stretch new it is well maintained and very comfortable with numerous ceiling fans and air-conditioning units. The villa also benefits from gentle sea breezes which when temperatures are high provide a comfortable environment to relax in. If I were to purchase a villa in Cyprus for personal use this would be high on my list, Finally a mention to the handyman Rohana he was a pleasure to be with, good at his job and extremely affable a real gentleman, great to share a coffee with. To sum up if you are looking for a very comfortable villa situated in a quiet area and don't mind a little drive to some excellent restaurants approximately 10 mins away based in Pissouri, plus professional business dealings this is the one for you. This villa in Kouklia is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail and perfect location. The villa offers stunning views and complete privacy - exactly what we were looking for in a Cyprus getaway. The interior is spotlessly clean and wonderfully spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for self-catering. The extra touches like provided swim towels made packing so much easier. Outside, the beautiful garden creates a Mediterranean oasis, complete with a BBQ for lovely alfresco dining. The heated pool and hot tub were absolute highlights - perfect for both daytime swims and evening relaxation under the stars. We used these facilities daily, and they really made our stay special. Location-wise, it's ideal - peaceful Kouklia offers authentic Cypriot charm with convenient local shops and delightful traditional taverns just around the corner. Paphos is easily accessible for bigger shopping trips or tourist attractions. The communication throughout the booking process was excellent, with helpful information provided about both the villa and the surrounding area. This made our stay completely stress-free. Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect Cyprus retreat - it exceeded all our expectations!

Villa Pontus is an amazing place, full of extra seating to enjoy the sublime atmosphere. Wherever the sun might be, the villa has a seat to match. No expense spared to fit out the kitchen. All appliances are top spec and a dream to use. Everything thought of from individual room’s remote aircon to the extra pool towels just by the door. The open plan living area is great (there’s even a bar) you can sit round watching TV or even cosy up by the log burner.The garden and landscaping are beautiful. I spent early morning cups of tea watching the iridescent dragonflies. The pool is large with a box of floaties for guests’ use. I recommend going in the hot tub for the breath taking sunsets. Nothing is too much trouble for the host, Markus, we needed a reading light bulb replaced and one was sent straight away. The villa is just 5 minutes away from Kouklia (has a Mama Mia vibe) where the tavernas serve up sumptuous local cuisine. The bustling city of Paphos is only 20 minutes away.
