Colorado Springs vacation rentals

Janell was an amazing host! So quick to answer any and all questions. My first time using Houfy and she was so patient with all the quirks we had to muddle through. The house was better than described. Perfect location, 10 minutes to everything we needed. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! Amazing house and host!

The house was perfect for four people to stay at, the layout is fantastic and has a beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. The home is freshly renovated and offers stylish furniture providing a cozy and homey feeling. The location is perfect with a grocery store near by and a short drive to local areas in the Springs. Wei was a great host and would always respond quickly if we had question. Definetelly a must when it comes to deciding whether to stay here or not!

Fun place with attractive, colorful decor. Nicely laid out; plenty of space for our 6 adults to sleep, relax and play. The outside space with fun amenities was a treat! Great for playing and just being together. The rec room was also a great place for us to gather in the evenings for some post dinner ping pong and darts. The beds, linens and pillows were all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, including some basic supplies like spices and oils. The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall a great place to stay while exploring the Colo Spgs area! A few things to note: When we first pulled up, we were concerned we were in the wrong place. The front yard does not match the quality of the rest of the home and is in need of attention. The kitchen pans are in rough shape. The corn hole bags need replacing—one has a taped up hole—and at least one of the golf clubs is broken. These things are easily fixable and once they are, I would recommend this listing without hesitation!

This was a great Airbnb! My wife and I really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, putting green, and other amenities. The location was great with a good amount of places to walk to and felt safe during our stay. The host was very communicative and even put in a working desk when I mentioned I work remote. They were very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

We fell in love with this place. For our summer vacation I wanted to hide away somewhere away from civilization and hubs wanted to be in the mountains but w quick access to people, restaurants, shopping. We got both! Nil’s exceeded our expectations. I was so proud of my hometown. My teen and young adult sons experienced the real Colorado mountain lifestyle. They loved it. They were in awe. Comfortable quirky, private, mountain cabin with everything you need to chill and enjoy nature, and with the most gorgeous views. A winding and sometimes *steepish dirt road from the street takes you to the cabin so be ready for it. Say hi to all of the deer, turkey, wildlife and wildflowers we befriended while we were there. Thanks Nils, for your hospitality. This is one for the best in my lifetime memories! Follow the directions! Nils will get you there.
