We are grateful that you have chosen CR Getaway for your upcoming vacation. As mentioned on the Airbnb site, our home does require a rental agreement. Please review carefully and reach out on the Airbnb message platform with any questions.

Terms & Conditions

1. The owner will not be liable for any act, neglect, or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the guests or any person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the renting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings while residing at the property.

2. There are 3 elements to the payments:

a. Rent per night, cleaning fee and taxes

b. Optional fees, which may include pool heat and grill usage.

c. Security Deposit -$500.00 card held by Airbnb to cover any damage that may occur (e.g., broken crockery, stained linen etc.) or per Airbnb policy.

3. Airbnb lists its payment options and cancellation policies. Refer to your Airbnb reservation for details and policies for more information. It is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance in case of emergency cancellations, including but not limited to illness, family emergencies, severe weather, travel interruptions/restrictions, cancelled flights, job loss, etc. Owner will not refund past the cancellation policy. The owner is not responsible for trying to re-book any nights cancelled but may do so, if possible. If successful, any nights re-booked will be refunded to you.

Please check what travel insurance your credit card may offer. You may also want to visit www.insuremytrip.com.

I acknowledge I am responsible for purchasing my own travel insurance.

4. The number of guests occupying the property may not exceed the number on the booking form, maximum of 8 which includes adults and children. Up to 2 infants, 2yrs and under may be added for a total of 10. The guest agrees that absolutely no parties may be held on property. Management will visit, as necessary.

5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture, equipment, and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as it was upon arrival, and will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of renting. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

6. Unless otherwise stated the rental of the property includes taxes and utilities. The property is 'self-catering' and is equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding, cleaning equipment (brushes, mops, and vacuum cleaner), linen and towels (only beach/pool towels in the pool area).

7. Our management service company (owner representative) is Floridian Vacation Homes (FVH).

FVH’s contact phone number is +1-321-682-7988, please note that normal office hours are between 9am - 5pm (Eastern Time US & Canada). If you have an emergency, you may call this number out of hours, however if it is not a genuine emergency there will be a $50 charge.

8. Vacation bookings are per day from 4pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure. The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between guests to ensure everything is in good order. Vacating later than 10am without written permission will be charged an additional $100 after 15 minutes and every 30 minutes thereafter, from security deposit. After 12noon will also cause loss of security deposit and management will have guests removed.

9. Guests agree not to smoke/vape, or to allow smoking/vaping at the property at any time. Smoking/vaping in the home will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from property. There will be no refund of rental payment or security deposit.

10. Guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all their belongings with them. We rely on the goodwill of our guests whose cooperation we greatly appreciate.

11. For your security, and that of the property, outside cameras are operating. The front door is digital, and you will receive a code particular to your stay including arrival and departure times. The door does not automatically lock, be sure to press the lock button upon each departure. Also, be sure to remove all valuables from vehicles and lock vehicles. These are standard security measures that should be taken at any parking location.

12. Upon arrival, we ask that the guest promptly report any conditions not as stated.

13. Guest signature confirms guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless owner, owner representative and/or resort, any claims made by guest(s) or any third party arising from the use of said property and resort.

14. Trash is picked up daily. Guest must place bagged trash (no loose trash) in the bench on front porch by 8am each morning. Please be sure it fits inside and is locked so late-night critters do not gain access and leave a mess. Trash left on top of or near the bench will result in a fine from the HOA. Excess trash should be taken to dumpster just south of clubhouse.

OPTIONAL EXTRA'S

Pool Heat:

$25 per day all days of rental must be included and must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged with owner.

Please note that if the air temperature drops below 55 degrees F, the pool heater may not function correctly and thus may not reach a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the weather and as the heater will be switched on, cannot refund the cost of the pool heat. Pool heat will be set at 87°.

(Note – for many days of travel in summer, pool heat is not normally necessary)

Gas Grill

$100/stay

Grill is locked if not paid in advance. Do not move the grill from the current location, due to fire codes it must remain where it is. Use responsibly and at your own risk. This fee is for usage and cleaning only, guests may need to refill the propane tank.

Additional information:

Non-perishable packages ordered by guests to our address are delivered to the Resort Clubhouse for safekeeping, not to our home. The resort charges $10 per package for pickup.

The resort charges a fine and/or will tow vehicles parked on the grass. Parking on the grass damages the irrigation system. Commercial and Recreational vehicles are not to be parked on property. Security will allow them in for a drop off but not allow them to be parked or stay on property.

I have read the terms and conditions attached and do accept them. I accept that my booking is for the time stated within. I am willing to accept responsibility for any loss, breakages, damages, carpet spillages and will vacate the property at the conclusion of the period stated within as agreed. This contract is a legally binding agreement and written under U.S. law. Any disputes must be heard under the Legal Jurisdiction of Florida.

I agree that my stay will be ended immediately for parties, pets, smoking, or drugs on property with no refund including security deposit. I understand that not following the terms and conditions above will result in loss of security deposit and may incur additional fees. I have read and agree to the cancellation policy particular to the booking platform I chose to make the reservation (#3). I also understand that I am responsible for purchasing my own travel insurance in case of cancellation after the policy. I may choose not to purchase travel insurance at my own risk, the owner will not offer any refund past policy.

Please respond to this form, along with Driver’s License copy of responsible adult within 5 days. Must include ID with name that matches payment method.

In response on the Airbnb platform please include the following information, you may want to copy and paste:

  1. · Responsible party (guest) name
  2. · Number of vehicles entering and parking at resort
  3. · Name and ages of all guests in your reservation. This information is needed for entrance to the resort and use of the amenities.
  4. · Expected arrival time (not before 4pm)
  5. · Any optional services as described on page 3. If any are chosen, the additional cost will be requested through Airbnb.
  6. · Please make a statement that you agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and print your name and date agreed.

Your response on the Airbnb platform will serve as your agreement to the rental terms and policies as a replacement of an e-document, as the guest’s email is not available to CR Getaway.
