A few housekeeping items upon check out:

  1. Check out is at 10am, please respect the time it will take to prepare for our next guests.
  2. Please bag all trash in kitchen size bags and place in front porch bin prior to 8am, lock lid in place.
  3. Please load any dirty dishes into dishwasher, add provided detergent and start dishwasher.
  4. Please place used linens and used towels near washer/dryer. If there are any stains from use, please mark those areas with a safety pin or clothes pin (in laundry area) and place on top of other linens. This will help cleaners to pre-treat and avoid any charges for ruined linens.
  5. Check and recheck showers, closets, drawers, etc. for your personal items.
  6. Check pool deck for your personal towels, shoes, toys, etc.
  7. WRITE in our GUEST Book! Please tell us where you are from and what adventures were had during your stay! Favorite restaurants, favorite putt-putt, favorite park and rides, tips and tricks!

  9. That is it, no other check out process. The cleaning crew will promptly arrive and report to the management team that you have checked out.
