We absolutely adored our stay at this perfectly situated, well maintained home! My husband and I along with 2 other couples were in town for the Hondo Rodeo and concert at Chase Field. Every location we went to including Pop Stroke-Tiger Woods' mini putt courses, Old Town, and a variety of restaurants were all located less than 20 minutes from this home (not to mention Target, CVS and the highly frequented In-N-Out are less than 10 mins away). The hosts of this home have thought of literally EVERYTHING! In addition to the relaxing outdoor pool with pool accessories, there were board games, a variety of throw blankets, coffee options, even laundry pod options! Everything is neatly labeled and easy to find and the decor is warm and inviting. We even received a lovely little welcome gift basket with a booklet explaining everything you could possibly need or want while visiting. A BIG 5 Stars to this accommodation; We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this charming townhome in Old Town Scottsdale! The decor was super cute and made the place feel cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Town. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the highlights was the incredible park with a lake just around the corner—perfect for a morning walk or a relaxing afternoon. The townhome itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed: plenty of toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee, trash bags, and so much more. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Describing our full experience at Ian's hale cannot fully be described in words. With that said WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY at Dahlia Del Sol. The memories will truly last us a lifetime. The moment we arrived we felt completely at home. Ian was super responsive to any questions and promptly solved a security issue I had when my toddler managed to unlock the deadbolt by herself. Within hours there was a delivery for door locks and security handles which helped keep our little one's securely in the home. Having that peace of mind was tremendously appreciated. I specifically chose this home to accommodate my 7 children. Having so many amenities allowed us to save money during our stay as our entire family was fully entertained with the wonderfully secured pool, totally fun mini golf, complimentary coffee and epic garage converted gaming room. It was so hard to say farewell to our stay!!! Especially sleeping on beds that felt like HEAVEN! Mahalo nui loa Ian~A hui hou~until we meet again!

This is about as perfect as a rental property can be. Incredibly comfortable, beautiful and just relaxing. We spent most of our time by the pool. It’s so perfectly warm, there wasn’t a single time where we didn’t comment on just how good it felt each time we took a dip. Our three year old never wanted to get out! There are countless thoughtful details and touches that make it feel more like you’re staying at your best friends house and they rolled out the red carpet for you to make sure everything you wanted and needed was available. The house manual is helpful and friendly rather than admonishing and stern, and the checkout is simple and reasonable. Amie is an accommodating host and we can’t wait to stay here again.

This was the most amazing home. Our youngest son completed the continental divide trail (Canada to Mexico) on November 2. We chose Kylie & Todds home as "Home Base" for its proximity to phoenix airport as we had our 2 other sons and their girlfriends joining us for a family reunion. The drive to the mexican boarder is a 6 hour drive, Kylie allowed us to check in a few hours earlier so that we could stock the fridge and pantry for our sons that were arriving that evening. Pizza friday is big with our family and "Mellow Mushroom" was the perfect suggestion. There is a brewery within walking distance that served delicious food and great beer. we were able to take a drive to the Grand Canyon (8 hours round trip) and spent a day in Sedona (4 hours round trip) My favorite time was hanging by the pool area, listening to music, playing corn hole and competing on the putting green. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated. because of the cool nights the water was too cold to enjoy.

House is in a great location near old town. The owner is very responsive to your questions and concerns. House is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The outdoor space and pool are a great and relaxing gathering space. The house is well laid out and very welcoming.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The pictures don’t capture how beautiful this house is, inside and out. The owners made the pre check in process a breeze with helpful and timely info, the house guide is very thorough and well thought out. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the whole stay and answered questions quickly. The neighborhood is great, quiet and away from main roads and traffic noise but still close to everything that you would need. The house is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in for an Airbnb, probably cleaner than most hotels. Every room is well laid out. It's hard to decide which one to spend time in, the smart TVs are great to have and the seating is all very comfortable. The beds and linens all feel new and high quality, the beds are on the firmer side (which we prefer) and super comfortable. The BEST part of the house is the backyard and the pool, perfect in every way, we spent most of our time outside sitting by the pool, swimming, and relaxing. The pool is so clean, the shallow portion with the pool loungers was so nice to have, the sun shade strung overhead and the night lights that turn on make the backyard worth the stay alone. It really is hard to describe how stunning the backyard is, you have to see it for yourself. We would not hesitate to book this again, we all wanted to go back as soon as we drove away. The hosts are super helpful and made the experience even better. Easy 5 stars for this house and the hosts!

Stumbled across this unit when searching for a close place to stay for a concert that was being held at the Desert Diamond Arena! Super happy my cousin & I decided to stay here! Perfect for you & a +1! The place was cozy, had all the necessary amenities & surrounded by lots of things to do aside from the Arena itself. One of the many perks is the reserved underground parking! Know that if you do plan to stay here, lots that are close to the unit are used for paid parking by the Arena. So you may find some streets/gates closed at certain times! The hosts were friendly & quick to send us the passkey to the room. Instructions to entering were easy to follow so we didn’t need much help from the hosts. (Although we did think the lobby & leasing room were two different entrances but that was our silly mistake lol) But I felt comfortable asking questions if I were to have had any! I will be adding this spot to my favorites for future stays. Thank you guys again!
