Peoria vacation rentals

This is about as perfect as a rental property can be. Incredibly comfortable, beautiful and just relaxing. We spent most of our time by the pool. It’s so perfectly warm, there wasn’t a single time where we didn’t comment on just how good it felt each time we took a dip. Our three year old never wanted to get out! There are countless thoughtful details and touches that make it feel more like you’re staying at your best friends house and they rolled out the red carpet for you to make sure everything you wanted and needed was available. The house manual is helpful and friendly rather than admonishing and stern, and the checkout is simple and reasonable. Amie is an accommodating host and we can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! We love this location so it made all the difference. The communication and expectation was wonderful. There were no paper towels when we got there, but it was easy fix for us. Also, the master bedroom mattress was super firm and the memory foam was uncomfortable for me, but that’s a difference in preference not that it wouldn’t be great for someone else. I do wish the pool was heated. It was way too cold for our kids to swim this trip but in November that’s to be expected. The putting green was super fun though. ❤️ We will absolutely stay here again!!

This location is perfect for families! The house has a great layout for optimal space/flow. The backyard has a grill with fresh propane tank and was perfect for grilling dinners. The kitchen had everything you could need to make meals. Including a highchair, bibs, and utensils for baby/toddler. The house manual/instructions were super user friendly. Short and to the point. There weren’t pages of paragraphs to sort through or long to-so lists for check outs. Every room had a TV and Netflix and Disney+ were both available which was a nice touch. Nightstands had built in chargers which were super convenient! There was a bathtub for bathing the baby. And toys/books/games that came in handy! As well as a pack n play and fresh sheets for baby. The only recommendation would be to add mattress topper to the beds and/or bring your own pillows. But now I’m just being picky! This was a GREAT stay. Highly recommend, especially for families!!

Can we give 6 stars? We would rate both this house and this host 6 stars if we could! The property was very clean, bright, and homey, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It has been newly renovated, is nicely decorated, and contains lots of extras. The kitchen in particular is well equipped with all necessary kitchenware and supplies, along with all the necessities stocked in the bathrooms and laundry room. The whole house is set up with nice touches like magnetic door stops, clearly labeled light switches, and digital temperature controls in the master shower. We made ample use of the backyard grill and bonus grill set that was in the pantry. Superhost Angela was extremely communicative and responsive, and she went above and beyond in responding to anything we needed or had questions about. We travel to this area several times a year for work, and we would absolutely look to rebook this house and/or other properties hosted by Superhost Angela. 6 stars!

Stumbled across this unit when searching for a close place to stay for a concert that was being held at the Desert Diamond Arena! Super happy my cousin & I decided to stay here! Perfect for you & a +1! The place was cozy, had all the necessary amenities & surrounded by lots of things to do aside from the Arena itself. One of the many perks is the reserved underground parking! Know that if you do plan to stay here, lots that are close to the unit are used for paid parking by the Arena. So you may find some streets/gates closed at certain times! The hosts were friendly & quick to send us the passkey to the room. Instructions to entering were easy to follow so we didn’t need much help from the hosts. (Although we did think the lobby & leasing room were two different entrances but that was our silly mistake lol) But I felt comfortable asking questions if I were to have had any! I will be adding this spot to my favorites for future stays. Thank you guys again!

To say that this place is a great find would be an understatement! The little details and the amenities alone make it amazing! She has literally thought of everything that you could need, down to the smallest of details. If you’re a family that’s traveling with small children, this is especially the house for you. From high chairs, to pack and place, two toys for little ones, she literally has it all! The backyard is great for the mornings and afternoons of family time. The kitchen was immaculate and ready for family dinners. I just simply cannot get over the small details that were not overlooked that made our stay so much easier. It is by far one of the best stays that I have ever had, and I would not think twice to book again when I come for spring training. In fact, it will be my first look for next year whenever I bring my family back out! Completely worth the price and an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly's Snowbird Retreat. Her place was everything we were looking for in a winter getaway. It was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Spring Training ballparks. Her place was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio and it was nice to have a grill. Thanks Kelly for making our stay very pleasant and memorable.
