The Copper Penny Grill has two locations:  one in Rutherfordton, and one in Forest City.  The Rutherfordton location is closest to 

, about a 25 minute drive.  Locals love this place.  The restaurant serves a large variety of items such as:  mahi fish tacos, shrimp tacos, wings, soups, steaks, a large selection of burgers, salads, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, and chicken and vegetarian pasta dishes.  The Copper Penny Grill offers beer, wine, and a full liquor bar.  Prices are very reasonable, staff is friendly, and the decor is decorated in.... you guessed it - pennies!  Give them a try, and you won't be disappointed.  Open Monday - Saturday for lunch and dinner (11 a.m. to close).  Closed on Sundays.
