Hi Jordan! Would love to visit your lovely place in CB! As guests, we are excellent caretakers and are a very considerate, clean, and respectful group/family. We're from outside of Boulder so we've got the bear drills down in terms of trash, food storage, etc. I've read through all the house rules - all good there! We've been to CB twice before and hoping to make it back with our nature loving family - my mom and I love to plan trips around wildflowers and Super Blooms and my father is a Boulder/Jeffco County naturalist. We love to cook, play board games together and hike hike hike! We are not a partying or rambunctious group at all. Hope to stay at Wildcat!
