Sandy Shores is a recently renovated 5 bedroom 5 bath home, private pool (heated for a fee), fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower and toilet with plenty of parking under the home and all less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from the large porches on the second and third floors and eat your dinner on the screened in porch.

The first floor has 3 king suites and a laundry area. Each room has a sliding door out to the large deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful island weather. The second floor boast an inviting open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen sure to please the chef in the family. There is a nice screened in dining area off the main living area and a king suite. The third floor is a large kids suite with two bunk beds. Outside the home there is a private screened pool (heated for a fee), beach gear, covered shower and a charcoal grill. To the side of the house is a cute seashell lined sand path to the beach.

Sandy Shores is inside a gated community for extra privacy and security. Saint George Island is great for fishing, shelling, bird watching or just hanging on the beach.
